本研究採集德基水庫原水,將原水分離出不同的有機物質,並應用薄膜過濾系統,探討不同有機物分子量分佈對天然有機物特性及生成消毒副產物的能力之影響,並利用FT-IR等分析儀器,探討不同天然有機物的官能基分佈,以及經由濾膜處理後之官能基變化,以了解溶解性有機碳去除及官能基分佈,與消毒副產物生成之間的關係。實驗結果發現,各類有機物之分佈比例,腐植酸(Humic acids, HA)佔9%、黃酸(Fulvic acids, FA)佔15%、其他有機物佔76%。使用0.3k daltons 的薄膜HA或FA其消毒附產物的去除率達75%除此之外,FA所生成的THMFP/DOC高於HA,HAAFP/DOC則低於HA;FT-IR圖譜定性分析,黃酸較腐質酸含有較多的不飽和結構成分,腐植酸含有較多的小分子結構。在不同分子量範圍之主要的官能基,隨著分子量減少,其吸收強度也較為平緩,在某些分子量範圍,能去除官能基吸收波峰,所以濾膜處理對於特定官能基有去除或改變的作用。 |

The raw water in this research is collected from the Te-Chi reservoir. To study the distributions of molecular weight of different organic substances to their properties and observe the ability to disinfection by-products (DBPs) we isolate raw water to different kinds of organic substances, and also use membrane-filter systems. Using the analysis of FT-IR and other instruments to help study the distribution of the functional groups of the different natural organic substances and observe the difference of them through the membrane filters. We also understand distributions of the elimination of the dissolvable organic carbons and functional groups, and correlations with disinfection by-products (DBPs) by analyzing. After experiments, we find the proportion of organic substances. Humic acids is 9% and fulvic acids is 15% and remainders are 76%. By using 0.3k filters, the ratio of the elimination of humic acids/fulvic acids disinfection by-products (DBPs) is to 75%. The products of THMFP/DOC from fulvic acids is higher than from humic acids, but HAAFP/DOC from fulvic acids is lower than from humic acids. In the analyses of FT-IR, Fulvic acids contains much more unsaturated structures than Humic acids, but Humic acids contains more low molecular structures. As the molecular weight decreases, the absorbability intensity of the major functional groups in the different ranges of molecular weight will be gradual. In some molecular weight ranges, it can remove the absorbability peaks of some functional groups. Membrane filters can change or remove the effects for some functional groups. |
