以純品膽素酯酵素(Acetylcholinesterase,AChE)在自動分析儀(Autoanalyzer)中篩選茶水是否含有農藥,再以GC/MS/data system來搜尋可疑之農藥。經以標準品農藥BPMC在GC及GC/MS確認下證明茶水中滲有該農藥4.27mg/ml。本次得以成功的分析,是由於地方有生機關之資料提供,使分析工作敢一往直前的朝農藥方向探搜,配合本局建立之Autoanalyzer AChE分析篩選法,使工作範圍在很短時問內定出含有甲基胺劑類農藥之最小範圍,這一系死之有效運用是完成本次分析成功之因素。

英文摘要

Using pure Acetyicholinesterase in Autoanalyzer to screen pesticide mixed in drinking water then confirm with GC/MS/data system. The pesticide was determined by TLC, GC and GC/MS. The result showed containing BPMC 4.27 mg/ml. Because the prosperous information was supplied from Local Hygienic Bureau, therefore the direction of analysis could be condensed just only on pesticide. The most efficient improving was appling AChE Autoanalyzer method to screen the sample which is developed on our laboratory. Lots of time and material were saved during working and the achievable method was once more successfully proved.
