法國B型肝炎疫苗對照標凖品分別以等比稀釋，免疫天竺鼠，四週後採血，以放射性免疫測定法測定Anti-HBs抗體價。免疫劑量與產生的抗體價，其直線相關性低。同劑量內個體間抗體價差異大。

Guinea pigs were immunized by the French hepatitis B vaccine reference preparation diluted to different concentrations. Their antibody titers were determined by the radioimmunoassay (RIA) four weeks later. Poor correlation between immunization dosages and antibody titers was found.
