各縣市衛生局先針對市售255件羊乳製品(包括鮮羊乳、調味羊乳、羊奶粉及羊乳片等)進行標示檢查,然後再針對未標示牛乳成分之163件產品抽樣98件,由本局以中國國家標準膠體電泳方法進行檢驗,以檢出牛乳之αs1-酪蛋白判定摻偽,檢出靈敏度以羊乳中牛乳之含量計為1%。 檢驗結果,98件檢體中檢出牛乳成分者共9件,檢出率9%,其中17件鮮羊乳及3件羊乳片均未檢出,43件羊奶粉檢出3件,檢出率7%,35件調味乳(包括保久乳)檢出6件,檢出率17%。 羊乳產品添加牛乳成分而未標示,係違反食品衛生管理法有關標示之規定,違規產品均已函請各縣市衛生局依法處辦。本調查係本局之比較檢驗,曾於九十一年九月二十七日發布新聞在案。 |

A survey of whether marketed goat milk products in Taiwan were adulterated with cow milk was conducted by the Department of Health. The labelling of 255 products was first examined by the local health authorities. Among these products, 163 were found not showing cow milk ingredient in their labelling. Ninety-eight samples out of these 163 were then further detected for αs1-casein, a characteristic constituent of cow milk, by the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs using the Chinese National Standard Method N6304. This urea-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method is capable of detecting adulterated cow milk at as low as 1% level. Nine samples in total were found to contain cow milk ingredient-3 out of 43 milk powder, and 6 out of 35 flavored milk (including sterilized milk) samples. Seventeen pasteurized milk and 3 tablet milk products were all found to be authentic. |
