為瞭解台灣地區市售現榨果汁受大腸桿菌O157及沙門氏桿菌污染之情形,于民國九十一年五月至八月委請地方縣、市衛生局採樣,檢體包括西瓜汁、木瓜汁、葡萄汁、芒果汁、鳳梨汁、紅蘿蔔汁、哈密瓜汁、檸檬汁、葡萄柚汁、蕃茄汁、柳橙汁、蘋果汁、奇異果汁、椰子汁、芭樂汁、金桔汁、綜合果汁、百香果汁、香蕉汁、火龍果汁、椰子乳、西瓜牛奶、木瓜牛奶、鳳梨牛奶及香蕉牛奶等25類,共計262件。依本署公告方法進行大腸桿菌O157及沙門氏桿菌之檢驗,結果均為陰性。顯示到目前為止,在國內的現榨果汁類食品尚未受到此二類食品中毒原因菌之污染。惟仍呼籲業者應選用新鮮之水果,榨汁前應將水果清洗乾淨,並注意從業人員之衛生習慣,所使用之器具以及販賣場所環境應保持清潔衛生。亦呼籲消費者向信譽良好、衛生環境佳之店家購買,現榨果汁,應現榨現喝,勿放置過久。本調查係本局之比較檢驗,曾於九十一年十月一日發布新聞在案。 |

In order to understand the incidence of Escherichia coli O157 serotype and Salmonella spp in freshly squeezed, non-pasteurized fruit juice, a total of 262 samples were sampled from Taiwan area by local county (civic) sanitary bureaus, during May to August in 2002. These samples, included watermelon juice, papaya juice, grape juice, mango juice, pineapple juice, carrot juice, cantaloupe juice, lemon juice, grape juice, tomato juice, citrus juice, apple juice, kiwifruit juice, coconut juice, guava juice, tini-goldenorange juice, complex fruit juice, passion fruit juice, banana juice, succulents fruit juice, coconut-milk, watermelon-milk, papaya-milk, pineapple-milk, and banana-milk, were analyzed by using the methods,『Methods of test for food microbiology--test of E. coli O157:H7』 and 『Methods of test for food microbiology--test of Salmonellae』promulgated by Department of Health, Executive Yuan, R.O.C, in 1998 and 2001, respectively. The results showed that none of the samples were contaminated, indicating that the freshly squeezed, non-pasteurized fruit juice in Taiwan, at present, had no risk to be as the vehicles of the two germs relating to the foodborne outbreaks.We suggest the consumers to pay attention to the freshness of fruits and the sanitation of crew members, equipment and environment of the fruit juice store. |
