近年來,由於人口之急劇增加,工商業之快速發展,造成非農業用地(住宅用地、工業用地及礦業用地等)之急速擴張,使平地地區之土地利用趨近飽和,因此謀求山坡地土地資源之開發已勢在必行。然因土地資源乃屬於限量資源,合理之坡地開發利用,不但有助於土地之持續利用性,更可提升坡地利用之品質與效益,進而減少與防患災害之發生。鑑於此,積極推動山坡地之多目標利用評估與其利用環境之調査,乃成爲今後坡地發展之重要工作,亦爲非農業用坡地提供土地利用資料,緩和了台灣地區主要都會區之土地需求壓力。因此研擬本研究,針對本省坡地工程用土壤之各項基本力學特性進行調査,以配合其他相關之坡地環境調查成果,而建立了完整之坡地基本資料,作爲未來本省坡地之開發利用與防災規劃之參考依據。本文旨在針對本省台南地區之坡地鄕鎭進行其土壤力學特性之調査研究,共計完成該縣8個坡地鄕鎭之調査採樣分析,調査範圍達全台南坡地鄉鎮之70%,採集土樣共計368個,試驗項目涵蓋23項之多,初步已可提供該八個坡地鄉鎮之工程用土壤力學特性資料,以爲未來坡地防災規劃與開發利用之參考。 |

As the population expands rapidly with the increases of the industrial development and commercial activity in Taiwan, all uses of land and soil become more critical and competitive. Good agricultural soil located at the hillslope areas will be under increasing pressure from urban growth and expanding public facilities. These demands are unique to our time, reflecting the increasing importance of land as living space. Hence, much of these slopeland soils will be taken over for nonagricultural uses such as dewelling, recreation, engineering construction, mining operation, etc.. Most of these decisions associated with human activity will be irreversible, so the understanding and investigation of the mechanical characteristics of slopeland soils is evident and important for the hillslope development and landslide stabilization. This study is the result of one of these purposes and efforts. The purpose of this study was concentrated on the field investigations and laboratory experiments for the slopeland in Tainan areas. 70% of the slopeland soils distributing over 8 towns in Tainan area was studied during the period of this research. 368 soil samples have been taken from field and 23 experimentat items of each sampling spot have been conducted in laboratory. It is expected that this research can provide a reference and guidence for the best possible land use and conservation of our soil resources on the hillslope in Tainan areas. |
