有鑑於近年氣候加劇,本研究探討一般農塘之滯洪能力,以期未來多功能農塘改善也可作為減災策略之一環。採用HEC-HMS模式評估內立、崙山、安夜西溪、朝庸溪及大坡等集水區內農塘,配合細部調查作業,篩選具有滯洪潛力的76座農塘,估算農塘入流量、出流量、洪峰削減率及洪峰稽延時間等,50年重現期之洪峰削減率最高達83 %,洪峰稽延時間最高達27mins,不論是25年或50年重現期之洪峰削減率皆有顯著提升,顯示鄰近農塘區域在洪水來臨時具有滯洪防災之潛力,可視為未來分散洪水逕流、減災的大方向下之潛在可能。 |
英文摘要 |
Given the increasing rate of climate change in recent years, this study investigated the flood detention capacity of traditional farm ponds. The HEC-HMS model was used to evaluate the farm ponds in the water catchment areas of Neili, Lunshan, Dapo, and the Anyexi and Chaoyong Rivers. The investigation also cooperated with detailed survey operations to screen 76 farm ponds for flood detention potential and to estimate their inflow. The peak reduction rate in the 50-year return period was determined to be 83%, and the peak delay time was determined to be 27%. The peak reduction rate has increased significantly, indicating that farm ponds offer considerable potential for flood detention and disaster prevention. They can be regarded as a possible solution for the general dispersal of flood runoff and for reducing the impact of future natural disasters. |
