選擇26名年齡在20~22歲的醫學院學生為研究對象,研究中長距離賽跑對肌肉生理學之影響。包括14名平日有運動習慣者為甲組,12名無運動習慣者為乙組。運動前,甲組學生呼吸頻率略快脈搏較慢。在中長距離賽跑後,兩組之脈搏及呼吸均加速,於24小時內恢復正常,體表皮膚溫度略昇,5小時後恢復常溫。這些變化特別在甲組較明顯,呈現統計學上有意義之差異〈p<0.05〉。運動後,甲組反而有較高之肌肉酸痛或壓痛主訴,顯示有肌肉傷害之可能。運動後血液肌酸激酶濃度上昇,1日後達最高峯,甲乙兩組在運動後1小時後各有明顯之差異。甲乙兩組均有特異性個案使肌酸激酶在運動後呈遲延性上昇,進一步證實肌傷害之可能。而血液中乳酸濃度在甲、乙兩組運動前後均無有意義之改變。顯示中長距離賽跑賓為使脈搏及呼吸加速,皮膚有散熱現象,乳酸濃度不變,因而推論能量主要靠有氧供應系統。 |
英文摘要 |
Twenty-four medical students were evaluated before and after a medium distance run. The study included a check-up of physiological signs and a monitoring of the serum muscle enzymes. The most consistent changes were an increased pulse rate, respiratory rate, respiratory rate, skin temperature and serum creatine kinase following exercise. In students who habitually practiced sports, there was a higher incidence of muscle soreness and tenderness, and a higher rate of abnormal serum creatine kinase, which suggested the possibility of muscle damage after exercise in this group of students. Anaerobic energic pathways seemed to be undamaged and appeared to play no important role because of the unchanged serum lactate levels before and after medium distance running. |
