131I-Metaiodobenzylguanidine〈131I-MIBG〉是新近發展出來的一種放射性製劑。它能為腎上線組織所攝取,可用以定位並診斷腎上線內外的嗜鉻細胞瘤。本文報告本科兩年來經驗的3例嗜鉻細胞瘤,以131I-MIBG定位的經驗。由文獻回顧可知,131I-MIBG掃描術是一既安全又精確的診斷工具;尤其對位於腎上線外的、手術後再發的、惡性轉移性的,與直徑小於2cm的嗜鉻細胞瘤,其診斷率優於CT。因此,我們認為131I-MIBG同位素掃描可以做為嗜鉻細胞瘤的初布篩檢之用,並可用以輔助CT檢查之不足。 |
英文摘要 |
131I-Metaiodobenzylguanidine (131I-MIBG) is a recently developed adrenergic tissue seeking radiopharmaceutical, which demonstrates not only anatomical but also functional abnormality of pheochromocytoma. Using this agent during the last two years, we successfully located the tumors in 3 cases of suspected pheochromocytoma. From the literature, 131I-MIBG scan is well accepted as a safe, simple and efficacious modality for locating pheochromocytoma, especially for those less than 2 cm in size, arising from extra-adrenal sites, recurring postoperatively, and exhibiting malignant metastatic disease. Therefore, 131I-MIBG scan may be utilized as a screening test for suspected pheochromocytoma, and also as a supplementary test for CT scan in the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma. |
