近年來基於奈米金顆粒自組合成奈米結構,因為其獨特之性質及應用,已逐漸引起廣泛的研究,特別於光電領域之研究上,像是量子點、單電子傳輸電路元件之製造。而於本研究中,以硫醇修飾之奈米金顆粒自組薄膜製程技術及組成薄膜之顆粒間距操控為兩大主要研究目標。於本研究中發現組成薄膜之奈米金顆粒,其粒徑分佈越均勻,所組成之薄膜的性質越佳。此外亦發現可利用不同鏈長之硫醇修飾奈米金顆粒以調控所組成之薄膜其顆粒間距。而基於國外相關研究,不同之顆粒間距於奈米元件之設計上具不同之性質,故若可操控組成薄膜之顆粒間距,於奈米結構材料之研究上具極大之貢獻。 |
英文摘要 |
Self-assembly nano structure which is started with forming Au nano-particles under controlled conditions has brought much interest because of its unique properties. Forming the2-Dnano structure, Au nano-particles thin film, is the goal of this study. Controlling the size and inter-particle spacing of the nano-particles is a critical for forming the films. The influence of the Au particle size and the surfactant length on the Au nano-particles thin films would be discussed in this study.In this study, some phenomena could be ob served. One is that when the size distribution of the Au nano-particles is homogeneous, the Au nano-particles thin film is well-arrayed. The other one is that the distance of two neighboring Au particles could be controlled by the length of surfactant. |
