近幾年院內感染中CR-AB有逐漸增加趨勢，感染後死亡率高達56%，本單位新設立4張CR-AB隔離床，同仁在執行隔離措施不完整。基於病人安全考量，期望提昇護理人員照護CR-AB病人所做隔離措施之完整率。經認知表及要因查核結果，對CR-AB照護認知為60.6分、完整率30.4%，確立問題（一）缺乏相關在職教育。（二）未建立隔離措施標準作業規範及稽核制度。（三）醫療設備不足。目標設定完整率達95%、認知達100分，解決方案為（一）制定隔離標準防護規範。（二）建立稽核表。（三）舉辦在職教育。（四）其他護理單位轉移設備。對策實施後，完整率提昇至96.6%、認知提昇至100分。

In recent years, nosocomial infection with Carbapenem Resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii (CRAB) is listed as the most serious with 56% mortality rate after infection. The unit of a newly established four CR-AB-bed, and patients' safety were considered in this project. The aims were to enhance the care of isolated patients with CR-AB by analyzing the complete rate and the cognitive form and the audit of the results must be met. Awareness of the CR-AB care was 60.2 points, with a complete rate of 30.4%. Issues were established as: 1. Lack of relevant in-service education; 2. No standard operating specifications and audit system for the establishment of quarantine measures; 3. Lack of medical equipment. The goal was to achieve a complete rate of 95%, and a cognitive form of 100 points. Solutions: 1. Develop standards to maintain isolation measures norms; 2. Develop audit tables; 3. Implement relevant in-service education courses; 4. Provide adequate medical equipment. The results after four months of implementation showed a rise in complete rate to 96.6% and cognitive form reached 100 points.
