本文探討一位因不整脈性右心室發育不良病人接受植入式心律去顫器之加護護理經驗。於加護護理期間，透過觀察與會談等方法收集資料。運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態進行整體性評估，確立健康問題有心輸出量不足、特定疾病知識缺失、焦慮。運用專業技能，提供適當護理措施，協助個案及家屬面對危險期及術後身心衝擊。藉此寶貴護理經驗，提供重症護理人員臨床照護參考。

This article describes a nursing experience in a patient who suffered from Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Dysplasia (ARVD), who accepted Implantable Cardiovert Defibrillator in an intensive unit. Data were collected through observation, conversation, and physical examination according to Gordon Functional Health Assessment guide. The nursing problems identified included insufficient cardiac output, knowledge deficit, and anxiety. The medical and nursing team used professional knowledge and skills to successfully help the patient and family cope with the postoperative acute phase. We are honored to share such a valuable experience with other professionals in the field.
