全身性紅斑狼瘡是一種自體免疫疾病，會侵犯身體的任何一個器官，症狀非常廣泛，必須及早預防腎衰竭、中樞神經病變、血管阻塞或出血、精神異常、肺動脈高壓症、心肌梗塞之併發症。本文以疾病治療之新趨勢及護理為主軸，論述脈衝療法、免疫抑制劑、細胞毒殺藥物、奎寧等免疫調節重要藥物，將治療方式做最好的組合與提供適當護理措施及指導，鼓勵病人運動，使治療效果最佳，副作用最少，達成紅斑性狼瘡病人整合照護之目標，維護病人的生活品質。

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease that affects multiple organs and can cause severe organ damage. Early prevention and treatment of complications, such as renal failure, central nervous system lesions, vascular obstruction or bleeding, mental disorders, pulmonary hypertension, and myocardial infarction, is crucial. This article focuses on new trends in treatment and nursing, and describes methods of treatment of the disease, such as pulse therapy, immunosuppressive agents, cytotoxic drugs and quinine. The optimal approach to such treatments involves a combination of measures to provide appropriate care, providing appropriate nursing interventions and encouraging patients to partake in sports. This article optimizes treatment and minimizes side effects to achieve integrated care of SLE patients and maintain their quality of life.
