護理新進人員離職率高之現象,使得新進人員的訓練方式是各醫療院所重視的議題。本文將介紹人形圖教學應用於新進人員訓練之運用。人形圖教學是利用人體圖示為視覺輔助學習,利用繪圖看到病患整體狀況,找出問題和解決方法,目的是整合先備知識,使知識與臨床連結,辨別分析問題並做決策照護。其過程增加護理知能的應用,提升個案照護問題的分析能力和照護品質。本文旨在探討人形圖教學在新進人員訓練應用方法,由文獻統整包括相關理論基礎,方案設計與實施及結果成效,並提出應用之優缺點,以提升臨床護理實務應用及未來研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
Medical institutions require effective training methods for novice nurses because they have a high turnover rate. This study applied the humanoid diagram teaching strategy in novice training. The strategy enables visual learning by employing painting to visualize the patient's condition and the trial and error method, thereby integrating knowledge to recognize problems and prioritize patient care. The strategy increases nursing awareness and promotes analytical skill and care quality. This study examined the use of the humanoid diagram in training nursing novices by considering related theory, project design, and implementation. The merits and shortcomings of the strategy are discussed to improve clinical nursing and provide a reference for future studies. |
