冠心病是許多發展中國家的主要死因，除危及國人健康，增加醫療資源支出外，更加重家庭及社會負荷，因此如何提升冠心病病人的健康成為國家醫療保健之重要課題。健康促進是目前全球衛生保健的趨勢，本文統整冠心病病人之病理機轉、健康促進的影響因素及其健康促進因應策略，並以實際案例探討照護一位行畢經皮冠狀動脈介入性治療後的冠心病病人，將健康促進策略運用於冠心病照護實務，期望透過本文，有助於未來健康照護人員將健康促進相關之實際行動融入心血管照護中，除了藉由強化病人的正確健康認知外，更透過健康教育及環境支持，激起病人的健康責任及著手健康促進行為的動機，唯有提升改變行動的決心，增強個人維護健康的能力，才能主動提升健康層級，以維護健康。

Coronary heart disease is a major cause of death in developed countries. It is hazardous to health, increases medical costs, and presents a burden for caregivers. Promoting cardiovascular health has become a challenge for national health care services. Health promotion is a trend in health care worldwide. The aim of this study was to integrate the physiology of cardiovascular disease and coping strategies by applying health promotion to patients with coronary artery disease. The nursing experience of caring for a patient with coronary artery disease after percutaneous coronary intervention is detailed, and we collect practical actions of health promotion used for cardiovascular health care. Health care professionals should not only strengthen health awareness but also promote health responsibilities and initiate health promotion activities through health education and environmental supplement. This will improve patients' determination to change, enhance their ability to maintain their health, and actively improve their health.
