乳癌病人於治療期間可能會經歷疲憊,導致憂鬱情緒影響生活品質,目前有諸多研究指出氣功能改善乳癌病人疲憊、憂鬱及生活品質,尚需進一步分析並檢視其證據與實質成效。透過系統性回顧暨統合分析,檢視氣功對乳癌病人在疲憊、憂鬱及生活品質之成效。搜尋10個資料庫,選取隨機控制試驗、符合納入及排除條件之中、英文文獻,共納入9篇研究進行系統性文獻回顧。共5篇隨機對照研究進入統合分析,採隨機效應模式(random effect model)以標準化平均差(standardized mean difference, SMD)估計合併效果量。結果顯示氣功組可顯著改善乳癌病人之疲憊感,SMD為0.57(3篇,[95% CI=0.01,1.13], p= .047),在憂鬱改善之SMD為0.53(3篇,[95% CI=-0.34,1.40], p= .234)與提升生活品質之SMD為1.00(4篇,[95% CI=-0.27, 2.27], p= .122),氣功組與對照組則未達統計顯著差異。本研究發現氣功訓練能改善乳癌病人之疲憊感,並歸納出每週至少3次,每次60分鐘,且持續12週以上的氣功運動處方。然而,本研究樣本數仍少,未來仍需更多研究驗證之。 |

Breast cancer patients might experience discomfort during chemotherapy treatment. It has been suggested that qigong could improve fatigue, depression, and quality of life of breast cancer patients; however, it is necessary further to examine its actual effect. The purpose of this research was to contact qigong exercise on fatigue, depression, and quality of life in patients with breast cancer by a systematic review and meta-analysis. Total 10 database research articles were included for this study. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 9 articles addressing relevant randomly research design was extracted. A total of 5 randomized controlled trial studies were met the inclusion criteria and contained appropriate data for meta-analysis. Random effect model in meta-analyses with SMD of qigong on fatigue was 0.57(3 studies, [95% CI=0.01,1.13], p= .047), SMD of depression was 0.53 (3 studies, [95% CI=-0.34,1.40], p= .234) and SMD of quality of life was 1.00(4 studies, [95% CI= -0.27, 2.27], p= .122). The result from this study suggests that qigong exercise could reduce fatigue. In addition, the study recommended the main qigong exercise prescription should do 60 minutes, at least 3 time per week, and last for more than 12 weeks. However, the sample is relatively small in this study, further need more research is warranted. |
