Item analysis of a test is useful not only to an item improvement but contents revision of the classroom activity in Japanese language education. In this research, following to objective numerical value of item difficulty, item discrimination, and options, quantification analysis was tried.
The analysis result of 'A study on setting a second foreign language-Japanese Test at the senior high school level for university and college admission 2005' is as follows. In the part of vocabulary items and grammar items, the good item occupies 28 items, 7 items must be improved. And, 1 item is making questions mistake.
