書寫，在全球化的浪頭：沃克特的流動詩學與臨界想像

全球化是人類近代史上全方位的一個大變局。從早期的海權拓展、殖民地的征服和經營，資本主義的擴展早已產生質變。近十多年來，全球化研究的一大貢獻是重新審視資本主義全球化之下的空間生產與再生產機制，檢視全球化現象落實到在地空間時的矛盾、爭執、妥協、創新與回擊。本文試以沃克特（Derek Walcott）七○和八○年代之間的詩作與論文為例，討論他獨樹一幟的「流動詩觀」，分析其源起與美學基礎，並透過這項討論，理解當時身處西印度的沃克特如何在文化全球化的浪頭上載沉載浮，質疑全球化流動論述所繫之「全球化延展」概念，質疑隱含在全球化論述裏的宰制性大陸神話，並進一步從沃克特的另類海洋書寫，理解文化全球化過程裏有關文明衝突、權力對抗、文化蛻變與文學書寫等議題，探討他流動詩觀所體現的文化相容（融）主題。本文最後並檢討「世俗的全球化延展」的可能性，想像全球化延展機制在不停搶灘之時，如何能在「在地」的海洋想像機制上，做到兼容並蓄、海納百川式的重鑄與創新。
