本養殖試驗使用含50%脫殼豆粉之飼料投餵甲魚進行八周之飼料鋅需求試驗。八組試驗飼料之實測鋅濃度分別為27,46,65,85,105,124,151,178mg/kg,飼料之植酸分析值為11.2g/kg。骨骼與背甲鋅濃度隨著飼料鋅含量增加而上升,直到約85mg Zn/kg後趨於穩定。以迴歸模式分析並使用增重率、骨骼與背甲鋅濃度為指標,求得在飼料含50%脫殼豆粉時(植酸11.2 g/kg),甲魚對飼料鋅之需求估計值分別為96.5、100與90 mg/kg。

英文摘要

A feeding trial was conducted to estimate the dietary zinc (Zn) requirement of soft-shelled turtles fed diet containing 50% de-hulled soybean meal for 8 weeks. Soft-shelled turtles of 4.6 g mean body weight were fed soybean meal-based diets containing 27, 46, 65, 85, 105, 124, 151, and 178mg Zn/kg diet. The phytic acid content of the diets was 11.2g/kg. Zinc contents in both carapace and bones increased when dietary Zn increased up to 85mg/kg; beyond this level, the Zn content in hard tissues was relatively stable. Based on broken-line or polynomial regression modeling, dietary Zn requirements using growth, bone Zn, and carapace Zn as the indicators were 96.5, 100, and 90mg/kg, respectively.
