A feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary fish meal (FM) replacement of with a mixture of fermented soybean meal (FSBM), fish silage (FS) and fish protein hydrolysate (FPH) on the growth performances of Asian seabass Lates calcarifer. Six isonitrogenous (45%crude protein) and isolipidic (12% crude lipid) diets were formulated to replace 0 (CON), 15 (FSBM15), 30 (FSBM30), 45 (FSBM45), 60 (FSBM60) and 75% (FSBM75) fishmeal protein with the protein mixture (78% FSBM, 11% FS and 11% FPH). The growth trial was conducted with ten fish (average initial weight, 0.95 ± 0.02 g) stocked in triplicate in each of 60 L glass tanks and fed with the treatment diets to satiation by hand three times per day for 6 weeks. At the end of the feeding trial, final weight, weight gain and SGR of fish fed with diets CON, FSBM15 and FSBM30 were significantly higher than those of fish fed with FSBM 45, FSBM60 and FSBM75, while there were no significantly different in the final weight, weight gain and SGR of fish fed CON, FSBM15 and FSBM30. The mixture of FSBM, FS and FPH would seem to be able to replace fish meal protein for L. calcarifer up to 30% with no adverse effects and based on the broken line analysis, the optimal replacement level was estimated to be 26.19%.

探討以混合的醱酵豆粉(FSBM),魚溶漿(FS)與水解魚蛋白(FPH)取代魚粉蛋白對金目鱸Lates calcarifer的成長影響,六組等蛋白(45%粗蛋白)和等油脂(12%粗油脂)飼料以混合蛋白(75% FSBM,11% FS和11% FPH)取代0(CON)、15(FSBM15)、30(FSBM30)、45(FSBM45)、60(FSBM60和75%(FSBM75)魚粉蛋白,成長試驗以0.95±0.02g金目鱸以三重覆組,每一60L水族缸蓄養10隻,每天餵食處理組飼料三次,共六週。實驗結束後,金目鱸攝食CON、FSBM15和FSBM30飼料的末重,增重率和SGR顯著高於金目鱸攝食FSBM45、FSBM60和FSBM75飼料組,然而金目鱸攝食CON、FSBM15和FSBM30彼此間的末重、增重率和SGR沒有顯著差異,因此,金目鱸攝食含水解大豆粉、魚溶漿和水解蛋白混合飼料可取代魚粉蛋白至30%,而對成長沒有負面影響,以Broken line model分析,最適取代量為26.2%。
