鋁爐渣為廢鋁熔煉再生過程中產生的副產物,主要化學成份為氧化鋁,具有再利用材料化的價值。台灣因資源有限,應從煉鋁爐渣之再利用上,充分發揮資源再生功能,解決其可能污染環境的問題。本研究為核能研究所以鋁爐渣為原料,來製作耐火材料,研究中首先確認鋁爐渣通過毒性特性溶出試驗後,調整鋁爐渣和羧甲基纖維素水溶液配比劑量,進行耐火材料的試作,並檢測基本特性,特性檢測包括:(1)孔隙度及密度試驗;(2)抗壓強度試驗;(3)化學成份;(4)毒性特性溶出試驗。從煉鋁爐渣再利用材料化為耐火材料的實驗結果顯示,本研究建議羧甲基纖維素水溶液添加量為8%(V/W),可使粉體造粒均勻,耐火材料試體順利壓製成型、無缺陷。煅燒時則以1100-1400℃為參考溫度。以煅燒溫度1200℃為例,耐火材料的體密度和開孔隙率分別為1.78 g/cm^3和11%;抗壓強度可達390.6 kgf/cm^2;煅燒後耐火材料的化學組成主要以氧化鋁為主,所佔的百分比為75.35 wt%;耐火材料的試體經由TCLP的測試後並無重金屬溶出的疑慮。 |
英文摘要 |
In this study, refractory material was produced from using aluminum dross as base material. The aluminum dross is a waste-product from melting aluminum scraps when reclaimed can reduce its impact on environments.We first made sure the toxicity level of the product is within the criteria of toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP). Then, we investigated the effect of aluminum drosstocarboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC) solution ratio on the properties of the refractory material such as porosity, density, compressive strength, and chemical compositions. Our test results showed the refractory products when manufactured using 8% (V/W) CMC solution and sintering at 1200℃ has 1.78g/cm^3 bulk density, 11 % open porosity, 390.6 kgf/ cm^2 compressive strength, and 75.35 % Al2O3 concentration.The manufactured refractory material was proved to be environmentally friendly. |
