本研究使用刮刀成型技術製成氮化鋁陶瓷坯體,探討製程變數對於陶瓷薄帶生胚特性影響。實驗中,固定薄帶成型速率,針對漿料中添加劑比例參數進行觀察。研究中以聚乙烯醇縮丁醛(PVB) 系列作為黏結劑,與不同比率塑化劑、有機溶劑、及氮化鋁粉末均勻混合,配置出黏度適當的刮刀成型泥漿,泥漿均勻塗覆在膠膜上,待完全乾燥後可得氮化鋁生胚薄帶,並以桌上式拉力機測量生胚張力強度。由於氮化鋁抗水解能力不佳,易與水氣反應形成非晶型多孔性AlOOH (boehmite) 與Al(OH)_3(bayerite),使胚體氧含量增加,產生熱傳導性質下降情況。無水酒精含有氫鍵具潮解性,能吸收空氣中的水氣,為避免造成氮化鋁水解反應,本實驗選用甲苯作為溶劑。由研究結果顯示,隨著不同比例的黏結劑互相混合、黏結劑與塑化劑間的比值、及溶劑的使用量皆會造成氮化鋁漿料黏度與氮化鋁薄帶生胚機械性質改變。在最佳比例條件下,生胚薄帶具有良好切削性與疊壓性,其最高拉伸強度0.251(Kgf/mm^2),彈性係數值為1.05。

英文摘要

This study used a tape casting process to fabricate aluminum nitride ceramic tapes. We investigated the effect of various process parameter on the quality of the aluminum nitride ceramic tapes. These parameters included the ratios of the binder, plasticizer, and solvent. Polyvinyl butyral (PVB) series binders were mixed with different ratios of plasticizer, organic solvent and aluminum nitride powder to form appropriate viscous slurry. This slurry was used to uniformly coat the PET films during the tape casting process. Aluminum nitride green films were formed after the coated films completely dried. The tensile strength of the green tapes were measured. We used toluene as solvent instead of alcohol to avoid hydrolysis reaction of aluminum nitride. Results of this investigatioin indicated that different ratios of mixed adhesive/plasticizer affected the viscosities of the slurry and the tensile strength of the aluminium nitride green films. The highest tensile strength of green films was 0.251 kg/mm^2 and elastic modulus was 1.05.
