為減少循環資源被錯置後造成的資源浪費,研究中結合煉鋼業、電子業等產業所產生無機循環資源,透過鹼活化技術及無機發泡技術使其製品具有多元運用價值。無機循環資源於研究中先行分析材料基礎物化特性,並依其特性進行材料分類;各分類物質經妥善運用結合後產製輕質多孔製品,並探討製品於防火隔熱之應用。研究中鹼活化程序使用材料可依性質大致分類為膠結材料、填充材料以及發泡材料。結果顯示在控制發泡材料產氣速率、調整膠結材料及填充材料之鹼活化漿體凝結特性下,可將產生氣泡穩定於鹼活化漿體中,並產製密度於0.8g/cm^3之多孔製品。以所產製多孔製品進行熱傳導及高溫火焰噴燒試驗顯示,熱傳導係數可達0.65W/mK以下,並在800°C高溫火焰噴燒下仍具有隔熱暨體積穩定性。此製品可進一步使用為防火芯材,具有後續應用價值。 |
英文摘要 |
In this study inorganic waste resources were treated with alkali activation and inorganic foaming techniques to produce f ire-proof materials. Porous f ire-proof materials were produced from the waste materials categorized as inorganic resources. By controlling the gas generation rate of the foaming material and setting time of the alkali-activation paste, gas bubbles were trapped in the paste. Porous products with density as low as 0.8g/cm^3 were manufactured. The porous products with thermal conductivity as low as 0.6W/mK could hold volume integrity during one-hour of 800°C direct firing. The porous products have fire-proof and insulation properties better than fire-proof materials in the market. |
