婦女在社會中扮演著照護家庭成員與傳承經驗的重要角色,而傳統的性別觀念常使婦女成為弱勢,如從我國交通部2021年公布小客車使用比例(男性占67.4%、女性者占32.6%),即顯示女性移動能力較低於男性,另從使用大眾運輸通勤比例(女性占62.5%,高於男性31.9%),也顯示女性對於大眾運輸系統的依賴,由於使用大眾運輸的過程需透過大量步行以完成日常活動,但在都市環境營造方面卻經常缺乏考量婦女步行需求,進而影響婦女外出參與社會活動之機會。因此,本研究目的在建構一套可適用於評估婦女友善大眾運輸步行環境指標系統,並透過忠孝復興捷運站周圍82個步行單元實證分析,界定婦女步行友善環境評定等級,分為最優級、優級、中等、劣級與最劣級等五種友善程度。依研究結果顯示,於評估指標中婦女友善大眾運輸步行環境的「安全性」最為重要,其次為婦女「步行需求」,且忠孝復興捷運場站周圍具6成步行單元顯示出友善程度低落,最後依研究成果研提改善策略,以供發展婦女友善大眾運輸步行環境規劃之參考。

英文摘要

Women play an important role in caring for family members and inheriting experience in society, and traditional gender concepts often make women vulnerable. ), which shows that the mobility of women is lower than that of men, and the proportion of women who use public transportation for commuting (62.5% of women, higher than 31.9% of men), also shows that women are dependent on the public transportation system, because the process of using public transportation needs to go through A lot of walking is used to complete daily activities, but women's walking needs are often not considered in the construction of urban environment, which in turn affects women's opportunities to go out and participate in social activities. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to construct a set of indicators system that can be used to evaluate the walking environment of women-friendly public transportation, and through empirical analysis of 82 walking units around Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station, to define the evaluation level of women's walking-friendly environment, and divide it into the best grade. , Superior, Medium, Inferior, and Worst. According to the research results, among the evaluation indicators, the "safety" of the walking environment of women-friendly mass transit is the most important, followed by the "walking demand" of women. Moreover, 60% of the pedestrian units around Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station show a low level of friendliness. Finally, based on the research results, we propose improvement strategies for reference in the development of women-friendly mass transportation and walking environment planning.
