隨經濟及都市發展並滿足民眾需求,相關公共管線及附屬設施已由各區之中心向郊區擴散建設。然而早期埋設的地下管線,由於資料的缺失,無法正確判定其平面位置及深度,又或者管線單位施測的錯誤,導致管線誤挖的風險很大,影響民生甚鉅。本研究透過新北市五股區實際申挖案件,結合透地雷達及網路RTK定位技術,針對地下管線進行精確定位,並與實際申挖結果進行成果比對。實驗結果可以準確呈現地下管線之三度空間位置,未來可協助各政府機關判斷地下管線位置之正確性。 |
英文摘要 |
With the pace of economic development and urban expansion, the population of the outside world and all kinds of commercial activities continue to flow into the cities. Related public pipelines and ancillary facilities are also spread out from the center of each district to the surrounding areas to meet the needs of the people. Early buried underground pipelines could not correctly determine the position and depth relationship due to lack of data, or the pipeline units may be wrongly applied. The location of the survey will lead to great risk in the pipeline digging operation, which will easily lead to accidental excavation. In this study, through the actual application of excavation cases in Wubei District of New Taipei City, combined with ground-penetrating radar and network RTK positioning technology, the underground pipelines can be precisely located and compared with the actual results of excavation. This method can clearly show the underground The location and depth of the pipeline can be used as an operation method that assists government agencies in promoting the correctness of the position of underground pipelines. |
