Low-lying states of 71As have been studied via the reaction of 70Ge(p, γ)71As at Ep = 2.38 MeV. The y-ray spectra, y-y coincidence spectra, and y-y angular correlation functions were measured with Ge(Li) and HpGe detectors. The energies and spins of low-lying states up to 1.5 MeV excitation energy have been determined from the present measurement and compared with those existing in the literatures.
