The phenomenon of vibrational resonance (VR) in the bistable gene transcriptional regulatory system driven by a low-frequency force Acos(ωt) and a high-frequency force B cos(Ωt) is investigated. The response amplitude Q (i.e., the component from the Fourier spectrum) of the system is obtained numerically. It is found that double VR appears for smaller A and larger, and a single VR appears in a certain range of the parameters. If A and ω are smaller, VR can occur more easily in the bistable gene transcriptional regulatory system. |
