全球氣候變遷影響廣大,而藉植樹造林以減少碳排放來降低溫室效應,可謂是現階段重要的策略之一。台糖公司於2002年起配合政府政策於屏東縣進行平地造林工作,本研究為了解林木之碳貯存量,乃以其造林樹種為對象,透過地面樣區調查配合相關計算式之演算,探討各主要造林樹種之碳貯存能力。研究結果顯示,幼齡林中以光蠟樹(10.6280±2.9584 Mg C ha-1)、欖仁(8.7579±2.7892 Mg C ha-1)、苦楝(8.5460±2.2363 Mg C ha-1)等三個樹種碳貯存能力較佳,而台灣欒樹(2.3722±2.6461 Mg C ha-1)則較為不良,然造林地整體已逐漸成林,不僅達景觀綠美化之效,亦收減少二氧化碳之功,惟各造林樹種之中後期生長、碳吸存貯存量的大小是否會有變化,值得繼續研究。 |

Climate change is becoming a fact that can't be avoided, and produce's quite extensive damage. We should reduce carbon emissions and plant trees to achieve the mitigation of climate change. Taiwan Sugar Corporation in Ping Tung transformed the agricultural lands to the afforestation of flat lands which's been operated in coordination with government's policies in 2002. Therefore, Taiwan sugar Corporation's afforestation tree will be the materials, and used ground base plots to the main afforestation tree's carbon storage benefits in this study. As the results, among those young stand of afforestation species, the best is Fraxinus formosana 10.6280±2.9584 Mg C ha-1, second is Terminalia catappa 8.7579±2.7892 Mg C ha-1 and Melia azedarach 8.5460±2.2363 Mg C ha-1, final Koelreuteria formosana 2.3722±2.6461 Mg C ha-1 is the worst. Plantation has gradually be forest, further it can landscape and reduce carbon emissions. But, this study not sure if reforestation species's growth and carbon sequestration has changed in the future. About these issues will be worth of study. |
