中文摘要 |
Cryptomeria japonica is one of most important planted species in Taiwan. The Cryptomeria japonica plantation aged 36 of Luanta circle in Natou County of central Taiwan was selected and 30 sample trees were cut down in order to estimate above- and below-ground biomass and build parameters such as root/shoot ratios and expansion factors and allometric equations. The biomass storages of planted trees in the stand were calculated as well. The ranges of the diameter at breast height (dbh) were from 13.9 to 41.3 cm and the volumes were from 0.097 to 1.172 m^3 tree^(-1) for the sample trees. The estimated root/shoot ratio was 0.240. The expansion factors of aboveground and entire-tree biomass were 0.468 and 0.579 Mg m^(-3), respectively. According to the allometric equation, the above- and below-ground biomass of each component and total biomass, volume and tree height of the trees were highly significantly related to dbh ( p < 0.01). The estimated aboveground biomass of planted trees was 213.7 Mg ha^(-1), and the major biomass was in the boles, accounted for 82.3% of the total biomass. The belowground biomass was 55.5 Mg ha^(-1). The stump had highest percentage of the belowground biomass accounted for 33.9% of the biomass. The entire-tree biomass of the stand was 269.2 Mg ha^(-1), 79.4% was accounted in aboveground and 20.6% was in belowground. |
