芸香科(Rutaceae)柑橘屬(Citrus)植物之花朵大多富含特有香氣,已知具有鎮靜安神、治療暈眩頭痛等功效,可用來萃取精油製作香氛用品。本研究針對四種台灣產芸香科柑橘屬植物,包括柚子(C. maxima)、橘柑(C. tachibana)、南庄橙(C. taiwanica)、台灣香檬(C. reticulata var. depressa)等花朵為研究材料,利用固相微萃取技術(SPME)萃取揮發性成分,再以氣相層析質譜儀(GC-MS)分析主要組成分。研究結果顯示柚子花朵的揮發性主成分為trans-β-ocimene,佔總揮發性成分之21.03%。橘柑與台灣香檬花朵的揮發性主成分皆為β-pinene,各佔總揮發性成分的26.4%與34.3%。南庄橙花朵的揮發性主成分是linalool佔揮發性成分的28.6%。由此研究之結果得知,4種柑橘屬植物花朵的揮發性主成分皆以單一揮發性成分為大量主要成分,佔花朵總揮發性成分的21~34%。

英文摘要

Most of the flowers of Citrus spp. plant (Rutaceae) are rich in unique aromas, which are known to have the functions of calming the nerves and treating dizziness and headache, which can be used to extract essential oils to make fragrance products. To elucidate the composition of flowers volatiles from 4 Citrus plants (Citrus maxima, C. tachibana, C. taiwanica, C. reticulata var. depressa) grown in Taiwan, the solid-phase microextraction (SPME) extracted volatile couple with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis were conducted in this study. The results showed that trans-β-ocimene (21.03%) is the major compound in C. maxima, and β-pinene is the main compound in C. tachibana and C. reticulata var. depressa, they were 26.4% and 34.3% of the total volatiles, respectively. Linalool (28.6%) is the abundant in C. taiwanica. Only one major volatile compound in all four Citrus flowers, the contents were from 21% to 34%.
