本研究利用反應曲面法之實驗設計,探討不同操作參數【聚羥基丁酯戊酯/(聚羥基丁酯戊酯+聚乙烯醇)比例及擠壓機操作參數(套筒溫度、螺軸轉速)】於混煉生物可分解塑膠原料粒之影響,並對生產出的塑膠粒進行熱特性與生物分解性之測定,原料配方(總重1Kg),進料速度固定為完全進料(填充比=1)。研究結果顯示,由示差掃描分析中可知產品熔融溫度介於159.9℃至165.7℃之間,由熱失重分析可知,產品熱裂解溫度介於250.6℃至279.8℃之間。此外,針對本研究所生產之塑膠粒進行生物分解度測定,發現樣本於第29天已達到70.3%之生物分解度,且在第45天更達到82.4% 之生物分解度,以達國家標準之規範,故判定本研究所研發之塑膠原料粒具生物分解性。本研究結果應可做為商品化之參考,如運用在產業界上應可協助解決傳統塑膠造成之汙染問題。 |
英文摘要 |
In this study, response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to analyze the effect of three independent and main variables, including the ratios of PHBV/ (PHBV + PVA), the barrel temperature, and the screw speed, on the thermal properties of biodegradable pellets as well as the biodegradability. The total weight of one treatment was one kilogram and complete feeding (filling ratio = 1). The result indicated the melting points (Tm) of extruded pellets ranged from 159.9~165.7˚C and the thermal degradation temperatures (Td) ranged from 250.6~279.8˚C. The biodegradability of the optimum extrudate was detected according to the CNS14432 standard. The result showed the biodegradability reached 70.30% on the 29th day and 82.42% on the 45th day. Therefore, it could be concluded the plastic pellets developed in this study consist of biodegradable properties, which are suitable for industrial application and could help solve environmental problems associated with plastic pollution. |
