本研究旨在建立符合ISO/IEC 17025國際品質規範之實驗室品質管理作業系統,以資訊技術建立茶葉中農藥檢驗之關聯式資料庫,管理檢驗實驗室中大量的品質活動及文件紀錄資料,包括試藥、儀器、異常事件、客戶抱怨、內外部稽核等。本系統可確保實驗室能快速有效的記錄大量的品質活動,減輕實驗室人員的操作與負擔,並與檢驗作業相互勾稽,提升檢驗效率及品質水準。

英文摘要

The purpose of this project is to establish a laboratory quality management system in line with ISO/IEC 17025 international quality norms. In this project, we use informative technology to establish the relational database of pesticide tests, the management of tea quality activities, and documented record information from testing laboratories, including reagents, instruments, abnormal events, customers' complaints, internal and external audits. In the long run, we expect that laboratories will be able to rapidly and efficiently record the quality activities and reduce the operation and burden of laboratory personnel. Moreover, the mutual articulation of laboratories and inspection operations can enhance the efficiency of tests and quality standards.
