以觀眾研究的角度評估圖書館展覽

A Study of Library Exhibition Evaluation from Perspective of Visitor Research

圖書館評估展覽服務效益時，常使用參展人次、進館人次或借閱展書的流通數做做為成效指標。然而量化的數據卻無法全面呈現展覽對讀者的影響，或是更詳細了解展覽內容品質。本文將先從文獻中疏理圖書館與展覽的關係、探討圖書館展覽服務與挑戰。借鏡博物館學領域的「觀眾研究」，由現已有實施展覽的理論與實證研究中，提出可由展覽對讀者的「引力與持續力」和「展示陳列偏好」做為後續評估圖書館展覽的參考指標。

Library administrators often used statistics from visitors number or circulation number as indicators of library exhibition effectiveness. However, the quantitative data did not fully reflect quality of the exhibition nor the impact on visitors. This paper explored the relationship between libraries and exhibitions from the literatures and discusses the current situation and challenges of library exhibition service. Through the researches in the field of ＂Visitor Research＂, this paper proposes that the ＂attraction power and holding power＂ and ＂display preferences＂ can be used as reference indicators for the library exhibition.
