新冠肺炎在2020年引起全球性大流行，戴口罩、量額溫已成為生活常態。對圖書館而言，如何繼續服務變成重要課題。即使臺灣的圖書館在實施各項防疫措施多數保持開放，實體館藏借閱仍舊受到嚴重的打擊。另一方面，不用進館之遠距服務吸引人們的目光，臺北市立圖書館除了電子資源，還提供民眾便捷的遠距借還書服務－超商借還書。超商借還書服務的始於2015年，透過異業結盟方式，讀者只要負擔低廉運費即可在全國近萬家超商門市借還臺北市立圖書館的館藏。本文旨在透過描述性統計探討，2020年新冠疫情如何影響圖書館服務及超商借還書的使用情況。結果顯示，超商借還書的使用量在疫情影響反而逆勢成長，其中使用率在疫情嚴峻的3月有突出的高峰，而新竹縣市無論在超商借書和還書使用率皆成長30％以上，居各縣市之冠。

Since 2020, Covid-19 has broken out as a global pandemic. Wearing masks and taking one's temperature has become a part of people's daily lives. In regard to libraries, how to keep services ongoing has become an important issue. Although most libraries in Taiwan stay open under pandemic-prevention policies, the lending of physical holdings has been impacted. On the other hand, services outside the library building have caught people's attention. Besides electronic resources, Taipei Public Library provides another alternative for distant lending: Convenience Store Book Return and Loan Service. Convenience Store Book Return and Loan Service is a cross-industry collaboration, which was set up in 2015. With an inexpensive delivery fee, users can check out and return Taipei Public Library's physical collection through nearly ten thousand convenience stores spread out in Taiwan. This article aims to understand how Covid-19 has affected the use of Convenience Store Book Return and Loan Service in 2020 by using descriptive statistical data. The result shows that usage rate peaked in March when the pandemic was more prominent, and the usage both in loan and return in Hsinchu County has grown more than 30%, the most out of all the counties and cities in Taiwan.
