隨著數位科技演進，近年來，人工智慧興起新一波數位浪潮再次席捲圖書館，公共圖書館也逐步轉型，增加許多資訊科技工具，不僅提供傳統的服務，還提供數位相關服務，為瞭解數位科技在圖書館發展的趨勢，研究者透過國外先進國家公共圖書館運用資訊科技的類型，瞭解各種資訊科技的應用和影響，希望未來國內各縣市公共圖書館亦能逐步引進，從而發展成智慧型公共圖書館。

As digital technology evolves, a new wave of digital revolution driven by artificial intelligence has once again swept through libraries in recent years. Public libraries have gradually transformed, incorporating numerous information technology tools. They offer not only traditional services but also digital-related services. To understand the trends of digital technology in library development, the author examines the types of information technology used by public libraries in advanced foreign countries, understanding the applications and impacts of various information technologies. It is hoped that public libraries in various counties and cities domestically will gradually introduce these technologies, thus evolving into smart public libraries.
