本研究旨在探討男女青少年的依附關係、知覺父母的言語管教、情緒穩定三者的關係。以台北縣市國中七到九年級537名學生為研究對象，以問卷調查法蒐集資料，所用研究工具為「我的經驗量表」、「我的家庭經驗量表」、「我的生活量表」。本研究重要發现是：對女性青少年，當父女依附關係是在統計控制之下，父女溝通與女性青少年之情緒穩定是呈負面相關。本研究結果支持一般的看法：父母正向言語管教及男女青少年與父母依附關係良好，會有助男女青少年情緒的穩定。本研究還發现：男女青少年在對母親依附關係、知覺到父母親的言語管教、情緒穩定上並無不同，但男性青少年比女性青少年知覺到較多對父親依附的安全感。此外，本研究重要發现之一是：父女的依附關係良好時，父親對女兒常說出或不常說出鼓勵肯定話語，其情緒穩定沒有差别；而父女的依附關係較差時，父親較常對女兒說出正向言語，會對女兒的情緒穩定有著正面的影響。
