本研究主要目的是針對FCD450延性鑄鐵(Ductile iron),利用無電鍍鎳(Electroless nickel, ENi)作為中介層,使其先填補表面球墨孔洞,再使用物理汽相沈積(PVD)法之陰極電弧(CAD)技術披覆TiWN薄膜,亦即變化負偏壓參數值,可獲得各種不同TiWN薄膜,以探討不同製程偏壓下之薄膜對延性鑄鐵耐腐蝕性影響。實驗結果顯示,在薄膜附著性方面,當TiWN薄膜使用無電鍍鎳(ENi)作為中介層,由於試片表面球墨孔洞填補效果明顯,使得鍍膜附著性獲得改善,其中ENi-TiWN-100V薄膜之膜層附著性最好(HF1);耐腐蝕性方面,經過極化試驗及鹽霧試驗得知,有ENi作為中介層的TiWN薄膜比沒ENi中介層的較耐腐蝕,其中又以ENi-TiWN-100V鍍膜條件之耐腐蝕性表現最佳(R_P =7.4x10^5)。

英文摘要

The main objective of this study is to use electroless nickel plating (ENi) as an intermediate layer for FCD450 ductile iron to fill the surface graphite holes, and then use the physical vapor deposition (PVD) method of cathodic arc deposition (CAD) technology to coat TiWN films, i.e., varying the value of negative bias parameters to obtain various TiWN films, in order to investigate the effect of different process bias values on the corrosion resistance of ductile iron. The experimental results showed that the adhesion of TiWN film is improved by using electroless nickel plating (ENi) as the intermediate layer, and the ENi-TiWN-100V film has the best adhesion due to the obvious effect of filling the graphite holes on the surface of the specimen. In the case of corrosion resistance, after polarization test and salt spray test, the film with ENi as the intermediate layer is more corrosion resistant than that without ENi intermediate layer, and the ENi-TiWN-100V film has the best corrosion resistance (Rp = 7.4x10^5).
