手指神經為純感覺神經,是研究神經吻合術預後因素探討之好材料,針對13位病人之16隻再接斷指,均由第一作者縫合神經血管,並利用病人分辨2點觸覺之最小距離作為手指感覺神經功能恢復之指標。經至少2年之追蹤,有25%病人感覺神經功能恢復正常,80%病人恢復至有用之程度,有90%病人在術後一年已達最大之感覺神經恢復,影響預後肢因素為神經受傷的嚴重程度,反而受傷手指之位置,一條或二條指動脈之暢通並不影響預後。 |
英文摘要 |
Anastomosis of pure sensory digital nerves in digit replantation provides unique cases to study the outcome and progress of sensory recovery. Sequential tests of two-point discrimination were used to evaluate the sensory recovery of 16 digits on 13 patients who underwent replantation of completely amputated digits. Only 25% digits had a normal sensibility but 80% digits gained useful sensory recovery 2 years after surgery. The factor influencing the prognosis was the severity of nerve damage. Majority (88%) of cases reached the final sensory status in one year. |
