本研究之目的主要在瞭解「公園遊客之環境態度」與「不當行爲管理策略認同」兩者之關係。環境態度是利用「環境關心」、「環境倫理」兩個概念發展成21項量表來測度公園遊客之環境態度，並經由因素分析得到環境態度組成因素構面：「環境倫理」、「環境認知」、「環境認同」、「環保行動」；不當行爲管理對策則以「遊客主動間接式管理」、「遊客主動直接式管理」、「遊客被動間接式管理」、「遊客被動直接式管理」四個概念所發展的30個問項，結果再進行因素分析共得「宣導溝通」、「執法防範」、「實際參與」、「主動規勸」、「規範使用」及「自我約束」六個管理類型，再進行典型相關分析。 結果顯示公園遊客之「環境態度」與「不當行爲管理策略認同」之間有顯著相關，同時發現正面提高遊客之環境態度也就是所謂的環境意識將有助於遊客對不當行爲管理策略的認同。

The purposes of this study were to find the relationship among visitors' demographic characteristics, environmental attitudes, and their acceptance of inappropriate behavior management. Environmental attitudes were divided into two conceptual categories: environmental concerns and environmental ethics. A structured questionnaire with 21-item Likert scale was used to measure visitors' environmental attitudes. A factor analysis of these items resulted in four factors environmental ethics, environmental cognition, environmental identity, and participation of environmental protection. The management strategies of inappropriate behavior were composed of active and indirect management, passive and indirect management, active and direct management, and passive and direct management. Through factor analysis the variables representing inappropriate behavior management were divided into six dimensions-law-propaganda and communication, law-enforcement and prevention, practicable participation, active admonition, normalized use, and self-disciplined. The results showed that park visitors with different demographic characteristics would form different environmental attitudes, and their acceptance of inappropriate behavior management approach is different. Results of canonical correlation analysis indicated that park visitors' environmental attitudes were significantly correlated with acceptance of inappropriate behavior management. Promoting the positive environmental attitudes and improving physical environment of parks will positively encourage park visitors' acceptance of inappropriate behavior management.
