本研究先透過文獻探討,了解大學圖書館館員與授課教師建立關係的管道與方法,及解析館員與教師可以合作的具體方向與策略,進而藉助這些方法與策略,實際規畫運用於景文科技大學圖書館,建立一系列館員與教師合作推動圖書館服務之實驗計畫,最後再透過與這些參與該項實驗計畫教師進行問卷調查,進一步了解這種館員與教師合作方案的優缺點,以做為未來作法改進的參考依據。本研究由教師問卷回饋調查結果與現況運作問題,歸納分析出四大建議:(一)以「合作資源」作為策略分析基礎,制定發展策略與運作機制;(二)縮短「合作對象」的認知差異;(三)重視「合作關係」的永續經營;(四)強化「合作模式」的行銷推廣,作為同道制定教師與館員協同推廣實施策略時之參考。

英文摘要

This study reviewed some literatures in relation to the methods of how to establish relationships and the strategies of how to build collaborated partnerships between teaching faculty and librarians. Furthermore, the Jinwen University of Science and Technology library referred these methods and strategies to plan an experimental project for promoting the use of library resources and services. An open-ended questions survey was conducted in this study for collecting the perceptions and comments of teaching faculty on the project. Finally, four suggestions were proposed in this study: 1. Treat resources as the basis of analyzing and operating the strategies on faculty-librarian collaboration, 2. reduce the difference in recognition between teaching faculty and librarians, 3. emphasize the collaborated relationships between teaching faculty and librarians, and 4. strengthen the marketing and promotion on the models of facultylibrarian collaboration.
