在許多不同的癌症、自體免疫疾病與病毒感染相關疾病中都可以發現Tc17的大量表現,但這群Tc17有別於我們熟知的Tc1、Tc2,有著不同的調控因子與功能,沒有傳統毒殺型細胞的毒殺能力,主要功能在於分泌IL-17,在腫瘤免疫反應中Tc17扮演著促進發炎反應的角色。而Tc17的累積被發現與癌症的形成及發展有很大的相關性,同時Tc17與病人的存活率更是顯著相關。目前針對Tc17在癌症免疫所扮演角色的相關研究,仍有一些爭議;有研究認為Tc17會促進髓源性抑制型細胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSC)的生成,進而促進MDSCs浸潤到腫瘤微環境中,達到抑制抗腫瘤免疫反應的目的並促進腫瘤生長;但有另一些研究指出,Tc17打入癌症小鼠體內後,可能會轉變成一群會分泌IFNγ的細胞,且浸潤能力與存活時間皆優於Tc1,因此可以有效的抑制腫瘤生長;因此本篇文章針對不同研究的觀點與相關機制加以說明。雖然Tc17在腫瘤免疫的角色尚有爭議,但可以知道Tc17會在癌症病人身上大量累積,並且與病程進展及存活率有相關性,因此可以據此評估癌症病情以為治療方針之選擇。 |
英文摘要 |
The Tc17 cells were increased in much kind of tumors, autoimmunity and virus infected disease. There are different kind of transcript factor and function in Tc17 cells when compare with Tc1 and Tc2. Tc17 have the ability of IL-17 secreting and have less or no cytotoxic function. Tc17 cells were shown to promote inflammation in tumor immunity. The accumulation of Tc17 cells was involved in promotion of tumor development and was associated with survival rate of cancer patients. However, the role of Tc17 cells in tumor immunity is still controversial. Tc17 cells promote tumor development through the recruitment of myeloid-derived suppressor cells to infiltrate into microenvironment. But other evidence indicated that adoptive transfer Tc17 cells controls tumor growth. These Tc17 cells could convert to IFNγ producing cells. The lasting time and infiltration ability of these IFNγ producing cells are superior to Tc1 cells. In this review article we describe many kinds of study investigating the characterization and mechanism of Tc17 cells. However, we still can assess the patients' outcome by Tc17 cells and choose the therapy depend on the Tc17 cells quantity. |
