目前國內工程界常用的耐震詳細評估程序,係基於容量震譜法的非線性側推分析,以評估所得之性能目標地表加速度與場址475 年設計地震最大地表加速度比較,作為結構耐震能力是否足夠之依據。FEMA 440 顯示容量震譜法於相對短週期單自由度系統的評估結果過於保守,而對於較長週期的多層樓結構,國內工程師亦以容量震譜法作為耐震評估工具,因此其保守程度應加以探討;本文即以五層樓及十層樓結構系統的非線性動力分析,檢視容量震譜法對於屋頂位移的評估之保守程度;針對本文結構模型,結果顯示於五層樓結構,於20 筆地震紀錄,在容量震譜法估計的性能目標地震層級下,對於屋頂位移的評估與非線性動力分析所得之比值平均約為3.09,於十層樓結構比值平均約為3.43;雖然於高樓層結構,由於多模態的影響,基於單一模態的容量震譜法可能有較大的誤差,但於本文的十層樓結構,容量震譜法仍有相當的保守程度。

英文摘要

At present, engineers often use the pushover analysis based on capacity spectrum method to work on the detailed seismic evaluation in Taiwan. The performance target ground acceleration is used to compare with the site peak ground acceleration of design earthquake with a 475-year return period to evaluate the seismic capacity is enough or not. The evaluated results are too conservative for relatively short-period single-degree-of-freedom systems which is stated in FEMA 440. For the longer period multi-story structures the capacity spectrum method is also adopted as the tool of seismic evaluation by engineers in Taiwan, so its conservative degree should be studied. In this paper the nonlinear dynamic analyses of a five-story structure and a ten-story structure are used to study the conservative degree of estimation of the roof displacement by the capacity spectrum method. From the analysis results of the structure models with 20 seismic records, under the performance target seismic level the ratio of estimated roof displacement to the value of nonlinear dynamic analysis is found out about 3.09 for the five-story structure and 3.43 for the ten-story structure. Although for the high-rise structure the capacity spectrum method which is based on a single mode has larger error because of the influence of multi-mode, the capacity spectrum method is still conservative for the ten-story structure used in this report.
