With the integration of world economy and acceleration of urbanization, large-scale construction projects are on trend and integrated management of such projects becomes a focus in construction management. In this paper, aspects of integrated management are summarized and parameters such as organization and coordination, process control, information management and objective attainment are employed to establish the evaluation system. Fuzzy matter-element analysis is adopted to evaluate and a case study is provided to verify and demonstrate the feasibility of the established evaluation system.

隨著全球經濟壹體化、城市化進程的步伐不斷加快，大型工程項目的發展逐漸成為主流趨勢，大型工程項目的集成管理是當前工程項目管理領域的熱點之壹。本文在總結歸納了大型工程項目集成管理的含義後，選取了組織協調能力、過程控制能力、信息管理能力和目標實現情況等壹系列指標，並構建評價體系。在此基礎之上，運用模糊物元分析法，對該評價體系進行評估，並驗證了該評價體系是可行的，為大型工程項目的集成管理提供借鑒，具有重要實踐指導意義。
