本文針對因地面層空間開放形成軟弱地面層之鋼筋混凝土建築,探討以梁柱空構架(BF)設計鋼筋於實際填充牆存在時之結構耐震性能差異。本研究考量「全牆建築」與「一樓開放建築」,以BF設計梁與柱之鋼筋,實際耐震分析則將填充牆以等值斜撐模擬。本研究首先分析柱之線彈性內力,接著進行非線性側推合併容量震譜法求得兩種結構模式在兩種牆量配置下之性能地表加速度,發現以BF設計全均勻填充牆建築之梁柱配筋,實際結構耐震能力確實較預期為高。本研究分析結果並指出,若一樓為開放建築,其耐震能力則與一樓柱之箍筋間距非常相關,容易因箍筋間距太大而使結構耐震能力大幅下降。

英文摘要

This study aims to quantify the effect of designing a masonry-infilled RC building using the bare frame (BF) on the seismic performance of an RC building with soft ground story (SGS). Buildings with infilled walls at each story (B1) and with infilled walls except the ground story(B2) were considered. With the software ETABS, the rebar was designed using the BF model, then an equivalent brace simulating the infilled wall was added to each beam-column frame for advanced analysis, including the elastic force analysis and the nonlinear pushover analysis combined with capacity spectrum method. The performance ground acceleration (PEGA) of B1 and B2 buildings were quantified. It shows that the BF model certainly resulted in more conservative design when the infilled walls were uniformly distributed along the building height. For buildings with SGS, designing rebar using the BF model will not lead to soft story damage if the building is well designed with present building codes. However, for existing buildings with SGS and its shear rebar was poorly designed, soft story effect may control the damage of the building.
