本文闡述於科工館室內展場,設置實尺寸救災用便橋展示橋體之結構安全評估與架設工法研究。於室內展場中架設實尺寸橋梁是非常具有挑戰性的工作,本文建立展示橋體與設置展品處館舍結構之數值分析模型,進行增長橋體結構設計、展示橋體架設安全評估與館舍結構安全評估(包括橋體載重影響分析、地震力影響分析及構件應力檢核等),以確保館舍結構之安全。實際架設展品時,因室內展場局限空間之限制,必須因地制宜選擇容許之施工機具與方法。本文整理之結論與建議,可提供未來工程界於侷限空間中架設實尺寸橋梁之結構安全評估與選擇適當施工機具與方法之重要參考。

英文摘要

This article presents the structural safety assessment and erection method research of setting up a full-size temporary bridge for disaster relief in the indoor exhibition area of the National Science and Technology Museum. The erection of full-size bridges in indoor exhibition halls is a very challenging task. The study establishes a numerical structural model of the full-scale bridge and the exhibition building. Then to ensure the safety of the structure of the premise, the extended design of bridge structure and the safety assessment of the demonstration erection and the exhibition building are conducted in this paper. The analysis result includes the load impact factor, the seismic evaluation, and the structural component stress state. When erecting the exhibits, due to the limited space of the indoor exhibition hall, the proper construction equipment and methods must be selected according to local conditions. The conclusions and suggestions compiled in this study can provide relevant references for the structural safety assessment and selection of appropriate construction equipment and methods for constructing real-size bridges in confined spaces in the future.
