BIM相關技術的快速發展對營建產業帶來重大正面的影響,然而,其在裝修工程的應用仍許諸多待克服的問題,例如,建構裝修工程細部元件內容時缺乏區別各裝修施作空間之資訊,導致產出的BIM資訊無法有效應用。為改善相關問題,本研究針對裝修工程的運作,整合BIM及知識本體模型之架構,並開發BIM智慧模組,以空間邊界條件為依據擷取所需資訊,最後產出符合專案管理需求之資訊。藉由智慧模組判別機制可將BIM資訊解析至最小化以滿足各工項之需求,改善過往BIM於裝修工程應用之不足,而自動化之賦予及匯出資訊的過程可減少人為判斷的疏失及錯誤發生。 |
英文摘要 |
With the rapid development of BIM technologies, it has had a significant positive impact on the construction industry. However, there are still many challenges in terms of applying BIM in decoration. For example, detailed component modeling is time-consuming and labor-intensive and unable to provide the complete information needed for construction. In order to improve related issues, this research builds the framework of integrating BIM and ontology models, and further develops BIM intelligent modules to capture information that meets the needs of decoration based on spatial boundary conditions. These modules can automatically output information that meets the needs of project management. With the intelligent module developed, BIM information can be analyzed to the level of detail required. In addition, the automated process of retrieving and exporting information can reduce the error of human judgment. |
