目前在導入建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)時,通常會有許多BIM工程師一起建置模型。營建工程在施工階段中施工圖繪製為重要目標,透過BIM的導入能利用模型產出施工圖,但BIM模型所產生的圖面只有幾何圖形,需要人為二次加工製作成施工圖。因此本研究建立繪製施工圖之流程,並定義作業的幾何與非幾何資訊需求,並提出之輔助產出施工圖系統,將其分成圖紙、文字說明、尺寸標註三種子系統。本研究利用視覺化程式工具Dynamo開發自動化輔助程式,以改善從BIM模型產出施工圖所遇到的資訊處理及二次加工等問題。使用自動化程式能節省繪製施工圖的時間,增加產出施工圖之效率,同時能避免人為遺漏或錯誤的情形。最後本研究也利用實際案例導入探討提出自動化輔助程式之應用效益與限制,及實際導入可能遭遇的困難,作為未來後續開發及應用之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
Recently, most of general contractors will use Building Information Modeling (BIM) for various applications during the construction phase. One of the BIM applications is that the developments of 2D shop drawings from BIM models automatically. However, some of required information is still unavailable in the 2D shop drawings from BIM models. Therefore, most of general contractors need to use manual the required information entry during the process. The manual the required information entry is time-consuming and inefficient. To solve the mentioned problem, the study develops automatic system to add the required information of 2D shop drawings from BIM models automatically using Dynamo. The major objective of the study is to assist engineers to handle the required information entry of 2D shop drawings from BIM models automatically and effectively. Furthermore, the proposed system was applied to the case study of building project in Taiwan to verify effectiveness using proposed system. Finally, the major advantages and limitations of the proposed system are identified based on the case study. Furthermore, conclusions and suggestions are summarized for further developments and applications. |
