根據全球資源消耗趨勢,如未提出資源管理策略,將因氣候變遷造成各項災難導致社會全面崩潰,而關鍵解決方案「循環經濟」有別於傳統線性生產模式,可從源頭透過設計規劃的方式,達到最少化資源使用量及廢棄物的產出。此外全球二氧化碳當量已創歷史新高,其中營建業及相關工程碳排放占比極高。因此本文建議營建產業在臺灣2050淨零排放下,應訂定永續發展目標,將傳統營造轉型為綠色營造,透過循環經濟概念提升節能及減碳工法技術。同時推動生命週期二氧化碳排放量之計算及減量策略,應用於營建全過程,特別是提供業主於建築規劃設計階段參考。 |
英文摘要 |
Based on the trend of global resource consumption, various disasters caused by climate change will lead to a complete collapse of society if an effective resource management strategy is not proposed, various disasters caused by climate change will lead to a complete collapse of society. Therefore, the key solution is the "circular economy". Unlike the traditional linear production model, the circular economy can minimize resource usage and waste output through design and planning from the source. In addition, the global carbon dioxide equivalent has reached a record high, of which the construction industry and related projects account for a very high proportion. Therefore, this article suggests that the construction industry should set sustainable development goals and transform traditional construction into green construction under Taiwan's net-zero emissions target in 2050. Through the concept of the circular economy, it can improve energy-saving and carbon reduction technology. And, at the same time, promote the evaluation and reduction strategy of carbon dioxide emissions in the building life cycle, and apply it to the whole construction process, especially to provide owners with a reference during the architectural planning and design stage. |
