目前國內在進行風力設計時主要參照建築物耐風設計規範與解說進行計算,其內容提及當待評估建築超過100公尺或風力效應明顯時,建議採用風洞試驗方式提供該建築物較準確之受風反應,並提出通則性之試驗模擬要求,另一方面,在試驗項目亦提及主要項目與報告引用內容。然而,由於報告使用單位不一定具備風工程或耐風設計之基礎理論知識,對於試驗內容、計算分析方式與數據呈現等,並無法判斷其是否適用於設計需求。因此本研究擬針對建築檢測所採用之風洞試驗技術與試驗報告評定機制進行探討,並提出試驗所需之基礎技術原則與試驗報告評定機制之架構。 |
英文摘要 |
Currently, in Taiwan, the design wind force is mainly calculated with reference to the wind resistance design specification and commentary of the building, which mentions that when the building to be evaluated exceeds 100 meters or when the wind effect is significant, it is recommended to use the wind tunnel test to provide a more accurate wind response of the building and propose general test simulation requirements. On the other hand, the specification also mentions the main principles of wind tunnel testing and the contents of the report citation. However, clients do not necessarily have the basic theoretical knowledge of wind engineering or wind resistance design. Therefore, they cannot judge whether the test contents, analysis methods, and result data meet the design requirements. This study intends to investigate the wind tunnel test technology and test report certification used in building tests and propose the basic technical principles required for the tests and the framework of the test report certification. |
