本研究利用聚乙烯醇上的羥基分別來酸酐與琥珀酸酐進行醋化反應以,合成出兩種其酸基之聚乙烯醇衍生物:PVA-MA及PVA-SA,其修飾率分別為53%及50%。以熱處理製備的水膠膜,除擁有高含水量及與體液表面能量相近的特性外,在不同pH值的水溶液環境下,PVA-MA與PVA-SA水膠膜具有膨潤遲滯現象。其單鍵結構的PVA-SA膜有較大的膨潤度(155%),且當pH值由12回到2時,水膠膜均可回復至原先尺寸,此一遲滯現象並不會受到溫度的影響。顯示此具膨潤特性之酸鹼度敏感型聚乙烯醇衍生物水膠在感測材料的應用上極具有發展的潛力。 |
英文摘要 |
Two PVA derivatives (PVA-MA and PVA-SA) containing carboxylic acid were synthesized by the reactions of polyvinyl alcohol with maleic anhydride and succinic anhydride to attain esterification extents of 53 % and 50 %,respectively. The water insoluble hydrogel films of PVA-MA and PVA-SA were prepared by heating the reacting mixture at 130 C for two hours. These two films have high water contents and similar surface free energy Experimental results indicated that PVA-SA has higher swelling ratio (155 %) and both films exhibited hysteresis swelling behavior and restored to their original size after each cycle of pH change. This hysteresis swelling characteristics has the potential applications to act as pH-sensitive material and sensor. |
